3. Booking and Payment Terms

To book a tour with Vanijya Tours & Travels, you must provide the following:

• Personal details (Name, Contact Information, Nationality, etc.)

• Tour package selection and any special requests

• Payment for the chosen services

Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

• Credit/Debit Cards

• Bank Transfers

• Online payment gateways (e.g., PayPal, Razorpay)

• Cash (for in-person bookings)

Booking Confirmation

• Once your payment is received and processed, you will receive a Booking Confirmation Email.

• The confirmation will include a detailed itinerary, booking references, and any additional instructions for your trip.

Payment Policy

• Full payment is required at the time of booking for certain packages.

• For other tours, a 50% advance payment is required to confirm the booking, with the balance due 7 days before departure.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation by the Customer

If you wish to cancel your booking, the following cancellation charges apply:

• More than 30 days before departure: Full refund minus a processing fee of 10% of the total tour cost.

• 15 to 30 days before departure: 50% of the total tour cost will be refunded.

• Less than 15 days before departure: No refund will be issued.

Cancellation by Vanijya Tours

In the event of unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, political unrest, etc.), we reserve the right to cancel your tour. In such cases:

• We will offer a full refund of the paid amount, or

• Provide you with the option to reschedule the tour or choose another tour package of equal value.

 

5. Modifications to Bookings

If you wish to modify your booking after confirmation, please notify us at least 7 days prior to the scheduled departure. We will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability. Additional charges may apply.

 

6. Travel Insurance

We highly recommend that all travelers obtain comprehensive travel insurance covering medical emergencies, trip cancellations, loss of baggage, and other unforeseen incidents. Vanijya Tours & Travels is not responsible for any injuries, losses, or damages that may occur during your trip.

 

7. Traveler’s Responsibility

• Personal Documents: It is the traveler’s responsibility to ensure that they have the necessary travel documents, including passports, visas, and any other required permits. Vanijya Tours is not responsible for any issues arising due to missing or invalid travel documents.

• Health and Fitness: You are responsible for ensuring that you are in adequate physical and mental health to participate in the activities offered in your tour package.

• Behavior and Conduct: You agree to act in a respectful manner and comply with local laws and customs. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone whose conduct is disruptive or harmful to the tour group.

 

8. Liability and Disclaimer

• Limitation of Liability: Vanijya Tours & Travels is not responsible for any personal injury, loss, damage, delay, or inconvenience caused by factors beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, accidents, theft, or changes in government regulations.

• Third-Party Services: We may contract third-party service providers (e.g., transport, hotels, etc.) for certain services. We will make reasonable efforts to ensure that these services are of high quality. However, we are not responsible for the actions or omissions of third-party providers.

 

9. Privacy and Data Protection
